***Applications will be accepted without the State of Florida Immunization & Physical Exam forms, but these forms must be received with your first tuition payment on August 1st in order to retain your placement.

* Vpk eligible families should complete the Preschool registration and choose to complete the VPK or VPK Plus Addendum that best suits their needs.
