PreK-3 Program (Early 3's)
8:45 AM-12:30PM

For most children the time they spend at A Little Schoolhouse is their first school experience. Our teachers take special care to provide a fun and nurturing environment to make this transition as smooth as possible. Children in the early 3's program must be 3 years old by September 1st and must be fully potty trained.

Preschool Program
8:45 AM-12:30 PM
Although it may seem like fun and games to preschoolers, the morning is a time of learning. Games abound that teach pre-reading skills like phonemic awareness and letter recognition; basic math concepts; and hands on science exploration.

VPK (8:45-11:45) & PLUS Program (8:45-12:30)
For those children eligible for the State of Florida VPK scholarship program (age 4 by Sept. 1st), we offer our VPK and VPK PLUS programs. The optional VPK PLUS program offers an extended morning option and the opportunity for early enrollment. All of our VPK programs offer low teacher to student ratios, music and art , and our American Sign Language program.

VPK is a free early childhood program available to all 4 year olds in the State of Florida. There is no charge for the standard VPK program offered at A Little Schoolhouse.

VPK PLUS parents will be responsible for the difference in fees for the services not covered by the free State of Florida VPK scholarship. Spaces in the VPK and VPK Plus programs are limited.

A Little Schoolhouse shares a campus with WestCoast Church. We have recently constructed a spacious new classroom area to create a warm and child friendly environment. Our beautiful playground is shaded by grand Oak trees and provides wonderful opportunities for the children to play and explore.

Morning programs are offered for children
3 to 5 years of age
Monday through Friday.

Parents may choose a 2, 3, or 5 morning a week option.

We are a State of Florida approved VPK provider and offer a VPK program.

A non-refundable Annual Program Fee of $95 is collected at time of application for preschool, VPK Plus, and Kindergarten families. If space is not available you will be given the option of being placed on our waiting list or given a full refund of this fee.

Tuition Fees for 2011-2012:
(Due August 1st-May 1st)

5 mornings per week- $325 per month due in 10 monthly payments
3 mornings per week- $245 per month due in 10 monthly payments
2 mornings per week- $185 per month due in 10 monthly payments
VPK Plus (5 mornings per week) - $75 per month due in 10 payments

A Little Schoolhouse does not require a year contract like many programs. We simply ask for a 30 day written advance notice if you must withdraw your child.
